Conversations with Interesting Latter-day Saints from across Canada

Today my guest is LDS Author and Human Rights Activist Robert Fantina.  He is an American who is in the process of becoming a Canadian citizen.  Robert currently resides in the Kitchener Ontario Stake with his family, and serves as his ward’s Mission Leader.  He is the author of numerous books, including:

  • Empire, Racism & Genocide, a History of U.S. Foreign Policy
  • Look Not Unto The Morrow
  • Desertion and the American Soldier: 1776-2006
  • My Burden Is Light

In part 1, Robert talks about growing up in New Jersey in a devout Catholic home.  He shares his conversion story in his mid 20s, and his life in the Church since that time.  He describes when he first became politically aware.
